Personally I use PHP a lot in combination with Javascript. I used to use ASP but Windows servers are more expensive.
What is your preferred programming language on the web?

I also recommend for PHP language. PHP is open source scripting language so it is very easy to learn it. With PHP you can create dynamic websites with fun, interactive tools and features such as discussion forums, photo slide shows and local weather information.

I use PHP and Javascript too. They are relatively easy to implement and you can quickly learn the basics.
