Long Down Time - Why?

Why has my site been doen for 2-3 weeks now and I can't receive or send any e-mails? I can't sign onto my cPanel as it's saying it can't be displayed.

I know this is a free service but I would expect a better service than I am getting.

Same thing with my site (www.pgaikido.ca) and I can't seem to get any replies from support. I can't even log into the members area and the reset password link message never arrives in my inbox. sheesh!

Thank you for letting us know. It would of been useful to of informed us of this so we knew what was going to be happening.
