Shalom there there are various methods you can use without coding at all, but coding helps with extra things you can do with your site. If its a basic text site with images you can use the built in web applications in the Cpanel to construct your website easily without html coding knowledge(but its handy to have it if you wish to elaborate on the design. Or you you can use applications like MS Office Front Page or Dreamweaver. Not all of us code our sites from scratch since it is time hectic.
